Multi-host sync is a different problem.
Aligning several independently-started recordings on one clock takes real work. A single recording doesn't need it, so Free and Pro skip that.

A vote, when more than one of you is in it.
When several of you clipped the same session, you should decide together what goes out. Crew voting is for that. A solo stream doesn't need a vote.
